    About Hotel Facilities/Services
    What time is check-in / check-out?
    Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
    Can I get an extended check-out time?
    Check-out can be extended until 14:00 at the latest. Extensions cost 1,000 yen per hour. You will be charged for an additional night’s stay if you have not checked out by 14:00.
    When should I pay?
    You can pay in advance via credit card or pay with cash or card upon check in.
    Do you accept credit cards?
    We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, American Express, and China UnionPay cards.
    Do you accept gift certificates and vouchers?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept gift certificates and vouchers.
    Is it possible to pay for a stay in advance by any means other than credit card?
    We accept direct bank deposits as well. Please contact us for more information.
    What will be written on the receipt?
    We can prepare a receipt or invoice under a requested name (individual or company name). Please let our staff know upon check in.
    We cannot issue the receipt without writing a name. “Room accommodation” or “Room charge” will be shown in description columns.
    Plan names such as “Plan with QUO card” will not be written on the receipt.
    Does the hotel have a curfew?
    The hotel has no curfew. As a security measure, the entrance doors will however automatically lock between midnight and 6:00. They can be opened using the room key card.
    Do you offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out?
    Yes, we do. Feel free to ask a staff at the reception desk to drop your luggage at anytime.
    Can I ship luggage from the hotel?
    Shipping is available via Sagawa Express (prepaid or payment on delivery).
    Can I ship luggage to the hotel?
    Yes, you may. Please ship it to the address below.

    Does the hotel offer dry cleaning?
    Yes, please inquire at the reception desk.
    Does the hotel offer copying/FAX services?
    Yes, please inquire at the reception desk.
    Does the hotel have a public bath?
    Yes, located on the 11th floor. It is open from 16:00 to 24:00 and from 5:00 to 10:00 in the morning.
    Does the hotel have vending machines?
    Yes, located on the 3rd floor.
    Does the hotel have ice machines?
    We do not have an ice machine, but there is ice available from the free drink corner.
    Does the hotel have a laundromat?
    Yes, there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers located on the 11th floor. They are available for use at no charge.
    Does the hotel offer rental wheelchairs?
    We do not offer rental wheelchairs.
    Is smoking permitted?
    Please use the smoking booth on the 1st floor.
    Does the hotel serve breakfast?
    Breakfast is available at the restaurant Joyfull (24/7) on the 1st floor. You can choose between Japanese-style and Western-style breakfast as well as noodles. Rice, bread, soup and drinks are on self-service refill. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:00 (L.O at 9:30). 
    Does the hotel serve dinner?
    We can suggest the Japanese restaurant Higuchi on the 2nd floor or the restaurant Joyfull on the 1st floor for the closest options. Visit each establishment’s website for more information.
