    Thank you for choosing hotel H2 NAGASAKI. The following measures are being enforced at our hotel in accordance with various guidelines for the safety and peace of mind of our guests and employees.

    ■Shared spaces

    1. • Thorough disinfection and cleaning of areas inside the building that are often touched
    2. • Appropriate physical distance during check-in
    3. • Use of antibacterial shelves for storing luggage
    4. • Implementation of a genuine hypochlorous acid ultrasonic sprayer in the lobby
    5. *Sprays mainly the sofas and tables during unmanned hours.

    ■During your stay

    1. • Health and body temperature screening at the front desk
    2. • Protective screen at the counter to prevent the airborne spread of germs
    3. • Appropriate physical distance during check-in
    4. • Disinfection of equipment shared by guests such as tablets, pens, etc. after each use
    5. • Cash trays for handling money during transactions
    6. • Employees disinfect their hands after handling any guest luggage
    7. • Use of check-out boxes so you can check out without stopping by the front desk

    ■Guest rooms

    1. • Disinfection of frequently touched objects such as remote controls and door handles
    2. *Plastic bags are available at the rental corner on each floor that can be used to operate the remote control without touching the buttons directly.

    ■A request to our guests

    ◆Before your stay

    Please refrain from staying if you are not feeling well, have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or have respiratory symptoms such as coughing or sneezing. In such cases, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

    ◆During your stay

    1. • At check-in, please fill in the health condition questionnaire sheet and allow us to take your temperature.
    2. • Please wash your hands and disinfect them with alcohol when entering the building.

    ◆To our guests with fever and cough symptoms

    1. • In principle, we ask that you please refrain from leaving your room, and that you dine in your room. Please note that the hotel does not provide room service, so please prepare your meal in advance.
    2. • Please notify the front desk if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or more, cough, trouble breathing, a headache, or feel physically weary, etc. We will guide you to the nearest hospital. In addition, if such symptoms occur, we may contact the public health center with your consent.
    3. • If staying consecutively (2 nights or more), we will refrain from cleaning your room.
    4. • Linens and hygienic amenities are provided, so please replace them on your own as needed.

    ■Room ventilation

    The room ventilators are designed to operate 24 hours a day, even when the room is vacant, and the room air is replaced 2 to 3 times an hour in guest rooms and 3.5 to 4 times in shared spaces.

    ■To optimize ventilation

    To optimize ventilation, we recommend that you fully open the air inlet panel on the wall and leave the bathroom door open. (The air inlet can be opened and closed by pressing the center of the panel.)
